Volunteer Reimbursement Form

Use this form to submit your bank account details, for all reimbursements. You only need to fill in this form once, or if you need to update your bank account information with us.

If you need to submit expenses, please use the Expenses Claim Form, or the Sycamore Tree Expenses Claim Form if they are related to that programme.

Once completed, forms can be emailed to accounts@prisonfellowship.org.uk, or sent by post to: Prison Fellowship, PO Box 68226, London, SW1P 9WR.

Volunteer with PF
