Expenses Claim Form

If you have expenses to claim related to volunteering with Prison Fellowship, please use this form to do so. (If you have expenses related to Sycamore Tree specifically, please use the Sycamore Tree Expenses Claim Form).

If this is the first time you are claiming expenses, or if you need to update your bank account details with us, please also fill in and return the Volunteer Reimbursement Form.

Once completed, forms can be emailed to accounts@prisonfellowship.org.uk, or sent by post to: Prison Fellowship, PO Box 68226, London, SW1P 9WR.
