Volunteer Reference Form

If you are applying to be a PF volunteer, you will be asked to provide two references, with one being from your church leader.

Please download this form and ask your chosen referees to complete it and return it by post or email to volunteer@prisonfellowship.org.uk. Alternatively, you can email them this link so they can download it themselves.

Volunteer with PF
