Peter Holloway

Chief Executive Officer


Peter has a heart to help the vulnerable and those in need. At British Airways Peter trained as an aircraft engineer and then built his career in HR and organisation development. Peter was Head of People Delivery and Head of Shared Services, responsible for the delivery of operational HR services to the BA Group. In 2010 he joined the Swiss based international humanitarian agency Medair, and as their Group HR Director jointly led the organisation through significant growth and change as a member of the Executive Leadership Team. At Prison Fellowship, Peter is tasked with leading the delivery of PF’s ongoing work in prisons and enabling the organisation to achieve its vision.

Sam Cockbain
Operations Team Administrator

Sam Cockbain

Sam joined the team in 2020. His role is to provide administrative support to the Operations team by looking after volunteer registrations and enquiries, as well as taking care of Sycamore Tree administration. He has previously worked as a Police Officer in the Met, and in his spare time loves playing and watching both football and tennis.
PA to the CEO

Rachel Coulson

Rachel joined the team in 2017, after graduating with a degree in Criminology. Prior to her appointment at PF, she worked in Housing Support for those in accommodation crisis. Outside of work, she enjoys playing the ukulele, teaching British Sign Language and vegetarian cooking.
Trusts and Legacies Officer

Maddie Greenlaw

Maddie joined the PF team in 2017, as Operations Team Administrator, and moved into the Trusts and Legacies role in 2020. In her spare time she enjoys attending gigs and YouTube workouts!
Operations Manager

Stephen Hawkins

Stephen joined our staff team in 2009, having volunteered as a Sycamore Tree group facilitator for three years prior. As Operations Manager he supports our volunteers and the delivery of our programmes. Outside of PF Stephen volunteers in a local homeless project and enjoys cycling, supporting Liverpool FC and spending time with his daughter.

Fiona Koefoed-Jespersen

Fiona joined PF in 2017 and takes care of the online and offline Communications work, keeping our volunteers and supporters informed of all the programmes PF is involved in. Fiona also works as a spiritual director, and in her spare time loves to write, cook and spend time with her two young children.
Finance & Office Manager

Liliana Massacane

Liliana has been working with Prison Fellowship since 2014. Before joining us, she worked in various senior finance roles in Argentina and the UK. She holds a Master in Corporate Social Responsibility at the University of Barcelona. She is involved in discipleship and social transformation.
Programmes Administrator

Joanna Perkins

Joanna joined us in January 2016, She is responsible for the administration, training and coordination of our Angel Tree & Letter Link programmes and provides additional support for our Sycamore Tree programme. Joanna loves football, supporting Crystal Palace and has a season ticket supporting her local football team Sutton United; she also rides horses, runs and is a keen potter and a concert goer!
Head of Fundraising and Communications

Andy Prescott

Andy joined Prison Fellowship in December 2015. He has worked as a fundraiser since 1999 and is responsible for securing income to fund PF’s operations. Outside of work, Andy is a keen genealogist and a fan of Wolves FC.
Internal Moderator

Debbie Sefton

Debbie has been the Internal Moderator for Sycamore Tree since 2007. Before joining PF, Debbie worked on the editorial team at Reed Elsevier. She has been married for many years and has one son. Her hobbies include travel, philately, gardening, walking, sewing and crocheting.
Supporter Care

Kerry Taylor

Kerry came to us in 2019 from the Christian youth charity XLP, and before that worked for the Metropolitan Police Service. In her spare time, Kerry enjoys swimming, reading and playing the drums, and she is also a Spiritual Director.
Head of Finance

Ian Williams

Ian joined Prison Fellowship as the part time Head of Finance in 2018. Ian brings a wealth of experience in the charity sector, most recently with Raleigh International. He is married with four children and enjoys playing golf and squash.
