Staff
Our staff team is made up of the following people, all of whom bring different gifts, skills and experience to Prison Fellowship. We have a national office in Maldon, Essex, and a number of field based staff. The whole team work together to support our volunteers and the activities and programmes that they are involved in.
Natalie Cronin, Chief Executive
Natalie joined Prison Fellowship in August 2009, with over 15 years voluntary sector experience working in social policy, most recently as Head of Policy and Public Affairs at the NSPCC. Natalie has been a volunteer at a London prison for a number of years, and says "Seeing the lives of prisoners transformed is the most exciting thing to witness. I want to make that available to every inmate. I can't wait to extend and grow Prison Fellowships' unique Christian vision."
Tim Diaper, Operations Manager
Tim has been with Prison Fellowship since August 2007, and manages the team at the national office which oversees all our administration and provides support for our field staff, volunteers and activities.
Claire Bonham, Volunteers Coordinator
Claire works at the national office and coordinates the support of our volunteer network, volunteer recruitment and training, and volunteer communication.
